Repairs Advisor
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: East London
Working Pattern: Office-based during training, then hybrid (3-4 days in office)
Interviews: MS Teams Key responsibilities include:
* Handling resident repair enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
* Logging, diagnosing, and scheduling repairs
* Liaising with contractors and internal teams
* Delivering excellent customer service
