We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to support our first-class premium catering at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of match days and non-match day catering operations for designated premium restaurant areas, including corporate conferences and events, meetings, banquet dining, brand activations, celebrations, and more. This is an opportunity to play a key role in exceptional restaurant operations for world class events.

Restaurant Manager - the role
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of premium restaurant operations
  • Ensuring exceptional service standards across all concepts - from fast casual to fine dining
  • Briefing and coordinating restaurant teams in line with service expectations and event timelines
  • Collaborating with internal people, culinary, and hospitality teams to ensure high quality food, service, and guest experiences
  • Monitoring and improving restaurant and team performance
  • Planning and coordinating labour, menus, event P&L’s, service style, and timings to suit a wide variety of event types, ensuring consistency with the club’s high hospitality standards
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
  • A background in premium restaurants or luxury hotel food & beverage operations including C&E
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Effective team player, with a “can-do” attitude
  • Positive and passionate focus on food - a natural flare for hospitality
  • The confidence and experience to lead a team of variable staff on both match-day and non-match day events
  • A positive and decisive mindset with the ability to work calmly under pressure
