More about your role

As our Project Delivery Lead for the London region you will manage the contract delivery of planned maintenance and investment works across your allocated schemes, making sure projects meet Group and contract requirements. You ensure works are delivered to the right quality, performance standards and customer service expectations, while monitoring progress, resolving issues, and achieving value for money. You support investment planning by helping shape efficient and deliverable programmes, consult with customers and stakeholders, and provide clear reporting to the Regional Investment Manager. You also make sure all completion and handover information is returned accurately and on time, and that delivery fully complies with health and safety requirements, including CDM obligations.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience managing major works or planned maintenance contracts within a construction, housing or repairs environment
  • Demonstrated delivery of multiple projects to agreed quality, cost, programme and customer service standards
  • Strong track record of managing contractor performance, resolving issues, and achieving value for money
  • Practical experience ensuring health and safety compliance, including CDM, across live construction environments
  • Relevant building qualification such as HNC or HND, or equivalent experience gained over several years in a similar role

More About you

You bring strong experience managing major works contractors within a construction or repairs environment, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high quality standard for both on‑site and off‑site teams. You take a structured and analytical approach to problem solving, work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and stay focused on meeting customer needs. Ideally, you also have good knowledge of health and safety requirements, CDM, building regulations and contract or project management systems, and hold a relevant building qualification or equivalent experience gained over several years in a similar role.
