Salary: £26,234 – £31,742 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm (Term Time Only)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role Early Years Practitioner
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding Ofsted graded Primary School in Tower Hamlets - East London.
You will play a key role in scaffolding and supporting our EYFS provision, working closely with teachers to provide both whole-class and small-group support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early education of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities Early Years Practitioner
Support the delivery of a high-quality Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS framework.
Scaffold learning experiences to meet the needs of all pupils.
Provide focused support to children who need additional help to make progress.
Encourage a love of learning through play, exploration, and positive relationships.
Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and parents to support pupil development.
Maintain accurate records of progress and contribute to planning and assessments.

About You Early Years Practitioner
We are looking for someone who is:
Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Education (or holds a relevant degree).
Passionate about early childhood development and inclusive education.
Experienced in working with children aged 3–5 in a school or nursery setting.
Positive, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s wellbeing and progress.
Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a supportive team.
