Company Overview:
We are partnered with a long-standing and respected MEP contractor who we’ve successfully worked with for several years. The business has a turnover of approximately £65 million and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple mechanical projects, typically valued between £50,000 and £250,000. You will manage an ongoing client account, working closely with the design and procurement teams to ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver several small to medium-sized mechanical projects concurrently.

Oversee the full project lifecycle from design through to completion and handover.

*

Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

*

Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers effectively.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver regular progress updates.

*

Prepare and review project costings, variations, and reports.

*

Travel to various sites nationwide as required.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the MEP or building services industry.

*

Experience delivering retail and banking sector projects (essential).

*

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in the £50K–£250K range.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.

*

Flexibility to travel nationwide when required.

*

Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree preferred).
