LOCUM HCA LONDON 16 HOURS PER WEEK PRIVATE CLINIC

Locum HCA – Soho, Canary Wharf, Waterloo & Liverpool Street

Dream Medical is currently working alongside a Private GP Practice based in Soho in providing locum HCA cover.
The service due to go live soon is currently looking for Healthly Lifestyle Advisers to work and run clinics from 4 different private GP clinics at either Soho, Canary Wharf, Waterloo and Liverpool Street.
We are looking for HCA's to cover a minimum 16 hours a week to start and as the service grows the requirement may turn full time Monday - Friday.
Requirements
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science and nutrition related subject essential.
• Experience in delivering health screens, and customer facing experience essential.
• Accuracy in information recording and management and working to clinical procedure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport with customers, tailoring your approach to individuals
• Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes

Duties and responsibilities
• Support the service delivery of Health Screens to customers
• Maintain accurate client records and get involved in the end to end process
• Promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in accordance with The Doctor's Clinic Group's current clinical policies
• Carry out clinical testing including; body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, blood pressure.
• Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to promote behaviour change.
• Help to ensure centre is compliant with regulations set by the CQC. For example; hygiene, confidentiality, customer service, health and safety.
