Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher: A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education. Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
