Javascript Front End Developer - Central London (IT)
Javascript Front End Developer ??\" Central London JavaScript Engineer required to join a fast growing company and shape the future of payments cross-platform and cross-device? Evolving in an agile and collaborative environment, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and excellence-driven team and bring your solid native JavaScript skills and perspective to all projects that you?re involved in. The role is uniquely positioned to be deeply involved in the entire product lifecycle, working side by side with Front-End & Back-End Developers, Architects and Designers towards a common goal: provide millions of online shoppers worldwide with the best possible payment experience. The ideal candidate must live and breathe agile and firmly believe in creating clean, testable code. Key Responsibilities Create intuitive, robust, and reusable user interfaces using Vanilla JS Build cross platform, cross browser, responsive HTML5 and CSS3 Engage in the entire product development cycle to understand business objectives and user goals, and ensure solutions offer true value to our customers Produce high quality solutions that will enhance or simplify existing processes Work with designers to promote brand and interface guidelines Encourage the use of best practices and workflows throughout the organization Contribute to team discussions and stand-ups Mentor Junior Team members Skills & Experience Excellent JavaScript (Vanilla) with code patterns Good knowledge of some JS frameworks (e.g. Angular, Backbone) Complete understanding of the full web stack Solid knowledge of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and HTML5 Knowledge of some server side languages (e.g. PHP, NodeJS) Knowledge of some client / server testing framework (e.g. Mocha, Jasmine, JUnit) Bilingual English and JavaScript Salary will be in the range £40K to £60K Per Annum.
