About the role

Please note this is a 12-month FTC

 We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to support our growing marketing, creative and digital teams! This role will see you scoping development on certain campaigns to determine goals and deliverables, time frame, budgets, working processes and resource requirements, across a variety of exciting projects across tech, talent, content and purpose-driven campaigns.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, you have a deep understanding of owning complex strategic projects, serving as the primary interface working alongside leaders across the creative, marketing, digital, PR, social, as well as local marketing teams.

As a Senior Project Manager you will

The Senior Project Manager will be the lead on multiple marketing campaigns across video, stills, digital, copy and packaging. Working alongside other Project Managers and reporting to the Head of Project Management.

Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of multiple ATL, digital, ecomm, social and in-store global content launches delivering/trafficking all assets to required partners and global teams across the business

  • Managing the lifecycle of all brand campaigns and new product launches and being the point person for all key stakeholders across creative, PR, social, digital and VM
  • Working cohesively with our in-house Production, Brand and Creative teams across creative concept, MKT strategy and timelines
  • Budget creation and management
  • Develop workback schedules and managing our deliverables tracker
  • Integrate team leads from creative, PR, digital, brand and local markets to ensure all teams are aware of meetings, milestones, Trello boards, deliverables and completion
  • Lead internal project-related kick off meetings, brainstorms and reviews
  • Flag budgets, bandwidth and resource needs to production lead and Director of PM
  • Provide mentorship to junior members of the team – Mid weight PM’s and Coordinators
  • Responsible for all vendor agreements and other contract documents
  • Project execution and reconciliation. Ensuring all final assets are consolidated and all shared documents and contracts are in appropriate folders on the server

About you

  • Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space
  • Budget development and contract writing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • A strong understanding of processes, including creative production, paid media and digital builds - interest in optimizing those processes is a strong plus
  • A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)
  • Experience using Dropbox, and project management tools such as Trello
  • Understanding of relevant digital & social media platforms and their requirements
