Senior Brand Partnerships Manager (12 month FTC)
Hearst Networks UK is looking for a commercially savvy Brand Partnerships Manager to join our small but dynamic Ad Sales team. In this key role, you will manage sponsorship, brand partnerships, and international sales initiatives across the UK and pan-regional markets.
You’ll support the end-to-end brand partnerships process, from data analysis, ideation and pitching to delivery and reporting, working across TV, digital and social platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced partnerships specialist ready to step into a more strategic and autonomous role within a creative and collaborative environment.
This is a 12-month fixed term maternity contract position. This role will be hybrid based in the London office, working on exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial brand partnerships and pan-regional sponsorships across the UK and international markets.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle – including data analysis, strategy, creative ideation, pitching, production, delivery, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Collaborate with sales partners such as Sky Media and Hearst Networks' international offices to drive revenue and deliver best-in-class client solutions.
- Collaborate with media agencies and clients to develop and deliver partnership campaigns across multi-media.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Programming, Research, Creative, Digital, Social Media and Compliance teams.
- Ensure effective project management of campaigns, delivering against KPIs and providing regular performance insights.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team as needed.
- Maintain responsibility for key administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing and POs), ensuring financial processes are accurate and timely.

Essential Skills / Knowledge:
- Strong experience working in sponsorship or brand partnership sales with a passion for creative and innovative brand solutions.
- Strong experience working with digital metrics and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft programmes.
- Ability to pick up new technology quickly.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in the broadcast media industry.
- Experience working with TechEdge.
