We are growing fast and looking for an ambitious, trend obsessed Influencer and Social Media Partnerships Executive to join our Central London head office team. The Role
This role is for someone who understands the power of content and connections. You will source the hottest UGC creators, fashion influencers, and VIPs, build strong relationships, and drive creative collaborations that put Nokwol and our partner brands front and centre on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Community Events.
You will coordinate influencer gifting programs, manage outreach, support retail events, and be ready to get involved wherever your creative touch is needed, from fashion week to in store activations. Key Responsibilities
- Source and build relationships with the best UGC creators, fashion influencers, and our VIP customer contacts to create content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
- Plan and execute influencer gifting strategies, including VIP and celebrity seeding
- Attend and support brand activities including fashion weeks, exhibitions, events, and retail activations
- Work across Nokwol and the premium third party brands we stock
- Stay up to date on emerging social media trends, viral moments, and platform updates
- Coordinate with retail teams to maximise in store content and influencer engagement
- a willingness and understanding to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and seize opportunities, including occasional weekend or after hours work during key events.
- Lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube, with an instinct for what will trend next
- Personal love for the luxury and contemporary market of Footwear and Clothing
- Proven experience in Influencer marketing, UGC sourcing/content, Fashion PR, Fashion Affliate Marketing.
- A natural networker who can confidently engage with high profile talent and brand partners
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and adapting to last minute opportunities
- Ready to travel when needed and thrive in an in person, collaborative team environment
