Are you a strategic deal maker with a deep understanding of Central Government procurement and a passion for selling & outcome based solutions? Civica has been a trusted partner to Central Government for over 20 years. We’ve helped our clients evaluate or replace out-of-date systems, make the most of their data, or develop custom applications for unique situations. We know what it takes to achieve digital goals.

We are seeking an engaging Account Director to drive growth in our Central Government portfolio and shape the future of public service delivery. You will shape and close complex, high value deals by positioning tailored outcome based solutions to Central Government customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead end-to-end business development lifecycle into key Central Government departments
  • Develop strategic relationships within Central Government
  • Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline using Salesforce
  • Leverage data-driven insights to shape GTM strategy
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop proposals

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in selling complex, consultative solutions into the UK Central Government market
  • Strong working knowledge of UK public sector procurement processes
  • Exceptional customer and stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiating skills
  • A proactive solution value led approach and committed to making real-world impact
