This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over (ENTER DAYS), and a wage starting at £(ENTER AMOUNT) per hour!

Looking for an opportunity to shine this year? Well, here it is...

Are you a party starter? Do you have an epic singing voice? Are you a multitasker? If yes, we want you! Performing at regular intervals throughout the night, we're looking for versatile singers to join our singing waiter team!

We have two fantastic live music venues in London, one located just off Covent Garden and the other Farringdon which are both part restaurant, part bar, part concert, and full-on party.

The Piano Works are non-stop, late night, live music venues where nightly 8 skilled musicians interact with the audience and play their song requests. Non-stop live music features from 11:30: to 16:00 for our raucous weekly Saturday brunches and from 1700 – 0100, five nights a week supported by state-of-the-art sound & lighting systems and DJ’s from 1am till late.

If you are passionate about hospitality, music, and fun and have a strong repertoire and solid technique with an upbeat personality to give the best customer experience then we want to hear from you!

What We Need:

As a Singing Waiter, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is!
• Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
