Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: December 31, 2027
Work Setup: Remote
Clearance Required: SC required. Candidates who are SC-eligible may be considered, subject to additional vetting. UK nationals only, with no dual nationality, and must have spent less than 28 days outside the UK during the last 5 years.

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Application Consultant with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials and how Oracle Financials modules integrate with other Oracle Standard ERP modules within an ERP system. The consultant will provide functional finance support across core Oracle Financials modules, client-specific finance integrations, production and non-production finance activities, and ongoing integration monitoring.

This role will work collaboratively with the client-side Finance Product Owner and Client Service Delivery Manager to support finance operations, resolve tickets, and maintain the effective operation of finance applications and integrations.

What you will do:

• Provide functional finance support across standard Oracle ERP modules, including Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, E-business Tax, and GL WEBADI.
• Support Project Accounting activities covering Project Costing and Project Billing.
• Provide functional finance support for all client-specific finance integrations deployed as part of the client solution architecture.
• Support Customer Integrations.
• Support Exchange Rates Integrations.
• Support Accounts Receivable Integrations.
• Support Project Accounting Integrations.
• Support General Ledger Integrations.
• Manage the monthly opening and closure of General Ledger accounting periods within the client Production environment.
• Perform monthly finance-related activities across non-production environments, including opening periods and loading exchange rates.
• Monitor Finance integrations through Daily Check activities.
• Work collaboratively with the client-side Finance Product Owner.
• Attend weekly ticket review calls with the client to review open tickets alongside the Client Service Delivery Manager.
• Provide ongoing functional finance support across Oracle EBS Financials and associated ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials.
• Possess knowledge of how Oracle Financials modules integrate with other Oracle Standard ERP modules within an ERP system.
• Bring functional expertise across Oracle Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, E-business Tax, and GL WEBADI.
• Have experience supporting finance integrations covering customers, exchange rates, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, and General Ledger.
• Demonstrate experience supporting monthly General Ledger accounting period opening and closure activities in production environments.
• Have experience performing finance-related activities across non-production environments.
• Possess experience with Finance integration monitoring and daily operational checks.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance Product Owners and Client Service Delivery Managers.
• Be eligible to undergo the additional vetting required for the position.
• Hold existing SC clearance or meet the eligibility requirements for SC clearance, subject to the required vetting process.
• Be a UK national with no dual nationality and have spent less than 28 days outside the UK during the last 5 years.
• Be available to work under a PAYE via Umbrella company arrangement.
