AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Account Manager EMESA North you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract - it’s visible and global. In this role, you will:
Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across the EMEA North.
Manage overall renewal process
Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally.
Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long-term business goals.
Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges.
Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal.
Your impact will be visible, measurable, and global.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies (not mandatory but a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business-value focus.
Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions.
Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes
