Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Paraplanner Supervisor in Whiteley or London to join a quickly expanding private wealth management company.

Duties:

• Oversee daily work and support for paraplanners.
• Keep an eye on paraplanners’ skills and training needs.
• Handle quarterly and year-end reviews and pay discussions.
• Train and help team members grow.
• Create and review management reports.
• Give feedback and spot training opportunities through peer reviews.
• Manage the Paraplanner bonus program.
• Review and update procedures, templates, and tools.
• Analyse client information and investments.
• Step in with paraplanning tasks when needed.
• Do tax calculations (like IHT, CGT, bonds).
• Work with advisers to find the best solutions for clients and write up reports.
• Cash flow modelling
• Be the go-to person for technical questions from the team.
• Update clients on timelines for research and reports.
• Attend client meetings as necessary.

Skills and experience required:

• Level 4 Diploma Qualified minimum, and be on way to completing Level 6
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Paraplanning role
• Strong technical knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Team leader attributes
