About the Role
The Partnership Sales Manager will support the execution of Legends/ASM’s UK partnership sales strategy by identifying, developing, and securing high-value, long-term brand partnerships across our UK venue portfolio. This role is vital to delivering annual commercial revenue targets by generating new business, developing tailored partnership proposals, and working collaboratively across multiple internal teams to bring compelling rights-led opportunities to market.
You will work directly with the Partnerships Sales Director to implement a proactive sales strategy, driving revenue through creative packaging of partnership assets including naming rights, IP associations, hospitality programs, and integrated brand activations. What we can offer

About the role
- Deliver against annual partnership sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic sales execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key categories via creative prospecting and industry networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to pitch delivery, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create insight-led, tailored proposals that meet client objectives.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate tracking, forecasting, and regular progress reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to develop compelling sales materials and innovative rights packages.
- Support go-to-market strategies exploring new rights and revenue opportunities.
- Build strong internal relationships across venues to understand specific needs and available inventory.
- Represent Legends ASM professionally in all client and industry engagements.
- Ensure smooth handover to activation teams post-sale for successful partnership delivery.
- Meet weekly KPIs and provide regular updates to senior sales leadership.
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven background in sales, ideally with sports, music or events partnership experience.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align client needs with ASM Global’s portfolio assets and audience value.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with prospecting, proactive outreach, and opening new categories through initiative and perseverance.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills, with a creative and strategic mindset.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- Personable with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, target-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
- Organised, self-sufficient, and capable of managing workload effectively across multiple projects.
- Positive, adaptable, and comfortable with occasional travel and flexible hours in line with client needs and event schedules.
Recruitment Process Outlined:
- 1 st Stage- Video call with UK Partnership Sales Director and Partnerships Director
- 2 nd Stage- F2F meeting to present task with Partnership Sales Director and SVP Commercial.

General Information:
The role requires flexibility and travel to venues and client meetings across the UK. Some evening and weekend work may be required in line with event schedules or client demands.
