The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting, evaluating, and securing exceptional talent across the organisation. As a company centred on AIdriven innovation, our success is powered by our fantastic people, and this role is central to building the teams that will shape our future.
This role is the only dedicated recruitment role within our broader People Team, and is central to delivering our talent acquisition strategy in partnership with the VP, People, and plays a critical part in fuelling our continued growth.
Working closely with colleagues across the UK and US, the Specialist will contribute to all aspects of our recruitment and onboarding strategy. We are seeking an ambitious individual who can manage the endtoend recruitment process, champion hiring best practices, enhance the candidate and newhire experience, and think creatively about new ways to attract exceptional talent to our organisation. The goal is to deliver a worldclass recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and internal hiring teams alike, while helping us build highimpact teams.
As we continue to expand the use of AI technologies across the business, this successful candidate will be seeking ways to leverage AIpowered tools and insights to work more efficiently optimising sourcing, improving candidate matching, refining outreach, and enabling smarter, datadriven hiring decisions.
For this role we are considering applications in the region of £48,000 - £52,000 (dependent on experience) with a very competitive bonus, paid quarterly.
This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days a week in the office during probationary period, and will decrease to 2 days upon successful completion.
What you'll be doing...
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, and competencybased interviews, using AI tools where appropriate to enhance assessment quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and agree timelines and hiring goals.
- Develop creative, innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, networking, and AIpowered sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with consistent, timely communication.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights and guidance on selection processes.
- Support diversity and inclusion by promoting inclusive hiring practices.
- Work with marketing teams to align employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to support decisionmaking.
- Leverage AIenabled recruitment tools to enhance sourcing, improve process efficiency, and support datadriven hiring decisions.
About you...
- Undergraduate degree (desirable).
- Strong inhouse recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to manage endtoend recruitment processes effectively.
- Skilled in interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple vacancies at once.
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, technology, or researchdriven environments is advantageous.
- Ability to build fantastic relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to recruitment and onboarding strategy or direct involvement in supporting these activities.
- Experience operating as a standalone recruiter or in a role with high levels of autonomy is beneficial.
- Handson experience using AIpowered recruitment tools and applying AI technologies to optimise hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and maximising success through the tool.
