Junior Billing Assistant - London Law Firm
We are delighted to be assisting a superb London based Law Firm in their search for a Junior Billing Assistant to join their incredible team. This role boasts great training and development for the right individual as well as a striking starting salary plus hybrid working!
This role would suit an individual who holds administrative or reception experience within an office environment, along with having impeccable attention to detail and organisational capabilities. You must be able to implement a hard-working outlook towards your work as well as a positive and proactive attitude.
Duties will include:
- Preparing bills as well as coordinating distribution.
- Provide assistance with the e-billing process.
- Liaising with senior members of staff, such as Fee Earners.
- Provide administrative support as and when needed.
