We are looking for a Marketing Lead, CT&LS to join our Marketing team.
Title: Marketing Lead, CT&LS
Salary: £36,000-£41,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: 12-month fixed term, with potential to be made permanent
Hours: 28 per week/4 days a week
Location: Hybrid*, with head office in Hampstead, London
The Marketing Lead, CT&LS role is an exciting opportunity to work closely across two teams, delivering for the Business Development team in our commercial environment, and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Brand. This is an integral and interesting role, communicating with our commercial audiences (academia, biotech, pharma) to support an increase in income generation, which directly impacts the work we can do to support patients who need us.
You will develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, content and cross-organisational projects for Anthony Nolan’s commercial offer, to deliver activities that meet organisational aims. You will be responsible for understanding key market segments and building insight into growing longer-term engagement and lead generation in commercial audiences, to increase market share, income, and up-take of services and products. Your work will position Anthony Nolan as a leading provider of professional, competitive services, and raise awareness and consideration with our target audience.
You will lead commercial service marketing and work closely with the Business Development and Communications teams to ensure strong and consistent messaging and content for the commercial audience.
This is a commercial marketing role to researchers in academia, Biotech and Pharma, rather than to healthcare professionals or our patients.
It is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be made permanent. (There is a vacancy at the end of this contract, however the definition of the role may change dependent on the organisational needs and the position’s effectiveness)
