Operations / Facilities Manager (Client Side)

Client-Side Operations Manager – Super Prime London – £60-70k + Benefits

We’re working with a prestigious, multi-generational family-owned Property Investment and Management company whose extensive, multi-£billion super prime London portfolio spans Residential, Commercial, Retail and Leisure.

Within their Property Management team, they are now looking to hire an operations manager for oversight of a prestigious, mixed-use development as follows:

• Working mostly office based, in Chelsea, Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm with some home working once settled
• The development comprises shops, restaurants and leisure premises, all based in Chelsea
• You will have strong Property Management, FM, H&S, and staff management experience with a keen eye for standards, processes and driving improvements across services
• Responsible for the management of key operational departments including Security, Cleaning, Waste Management and Landscaping, working closely with the Estate Manager to ensure high quality service levels are delivered and maintained throughout this award winning development.
• You will assist in driving the strategy and vision of the development, continually striving for excellence.
• Managing permits and applications for in house and occupier fit outs
• Sign off on supplier/contractor payments within an overall service charge budget in excess of £4 million
• Oversight of occupier RAMS, H&S Compliance, and insurance claims
• Undertake regular inspections of the buildings, reporting and arranging for repairs as required

Whilst the role is FM biased; our client is looking to hire on the basis of attitude, aptitude and potential, so will consider those with transferable skills in addition to those with direct experience.

Salary for the successful Operations Manager will start at up to £70k with a generous benefits/holiday package and reviews and uplifts based on performance and tenure.
