Clinical Negligence Paralegal
My client is looking to bring in a Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence team. The team are receiving new instructions, and due to this increase of work they looking to expand their team.
The Opportunity
You'll join a collaborative and growing team specialising in NHS and private medical malpractice claims, working alongside experienced lawyers on complex and meaningful cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management
- Assisting on a range of healthcare/clinical negligence claims
- Reviewing expert evidence and preparing summaries
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and instructions to Counsel
- Preparing court bundles and briefing notes
- Conducting legal and industry research
- Liaising with clients professionally and confidently
- Managing deadlines and prioritising workload effectively
What They're Looking For
- Law degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Previous defendant clinical negligence experience
