Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the recovery of Inter Partes (IP) and Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) fees. Your responsibilities will include liaising with solicitors and cost draftpersons, monitoring the progress of fee recovery, managing case documentation, and ensuring payments are received promptly. You’ll also help maintain accurate records within the case management system and provide general administrative support to the Revenue Control Team.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1 year of experience in credit control or fee recovery
- Confidence in making outbound calls to chase payments
- Familiarity with legal or case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A calm, professional manner in a busy working environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
