Dynamics NAV/Business Central Systems Support – £45,000 – Oxfordshire

Pearson Carter is proud to be partnering with the UK’s largest family-owned waste management company as they continue to grow their Dynamics 365 team. With rapid expansion and a strong focus on digital transformation, they are now looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Specialist to join their internal IT team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in modernising and supporting business systems across a fast-growing organisation. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team, working on impactful projects in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, test, and implement changes to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify system needs and define software requirements.

Support the full software development lifecycle.

Work with third-party vendors to support new system implementations across SharePoint, Dynamics NAV/BC, and SQL.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in software or business systems support with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

Strong skills in troubleshooting, testing, and debugging.

Familiarity with SharePoint/SharePoint Online, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
