National Account Executive - eCom
About the Role:
Join Ferrero UK & Ireland as an eCommerce National Account Executive and become part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of online retail. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our eCommerce sales operations by working closely with key customers, supporting joint initiatives and building valuable commercial expertise.
You will collaborate with a wide range of teams across the UK, including Shopper and Marketing as well as with global colleagues in Strategic Business Development, giving you exposure to how Ferrero operates as a truly international organisation.
You will be welcomed into a collaborative, dynamic and customer-focused environment where different perspectives are valued, and everyone is encouraged to learn and grow. We are committed to providing a flexible and inclusive workplace, alongside meaningful opportunities for professional development.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support day to day customer relationships, acting as a key contact for operational queries while helping to prepare sales volume budgets and forecasts. Working in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders, you will help drive improvements aligned to customer priorities, positively influencing performance and outcomes.
You will take ownership of customer administration, build strong and respectful relationships internally and externally, and play an active role in improving the digital shelf experience.
You will also support the execution of trade plans by managing promotional applications with customers and collaborating closely with Category Marketing and other partners to develop eCommerce specific product solutions.
Working alongside Marketing and external agencies, you will help deliver engaging consumer-focused digital campaigns, gaining insight into media performance and identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.
Your contribution will support the delivery of customer plans and promotional activity that drives strong execution and sales performance.
Performance management is a key part of the role. You will be responsible for routine customer reporting, analysing performance and helping to design and implement solutions such as new initiatives, events, pricing strategies or product development.
You will support the sales invoicing process to ensure service level agreements are met, manage SAP Trade Management processes end to end and assist with the management of promotional budgets to ensure investment is effective and impactful.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful contribution, develop your skills and be part of an inclusive team that values collaboration and curiosity, we would love to hear from you!
About You:
An interest in new and emerging technologies and platforms is important for this role. You may already have experience with EPOS systems, market data and insights tools such as Nielsen or IRI, sales planning tools like Blue Planner, and reporting or visualisation tools including PowerBI and Microsoft 365. Just as importantly, you are inquisitive about the potential of new digital tools and AI, and keen to explore how they can add value and improve the way we work.
To be successful in this role, previous or current Amazon experience is desirable and you will bring a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical capability and a clear focus on delivering results. You communicate clearly and inclusively, are comfortable influencing others, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams and functions. You are able to manage your time effectively, adapt positively in a changing environment, and balance multiple priorities while finding practical solutions with colleagues from different areas of the business.
You will be confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP TM is welcomed but not essential. Experience of working collaboratively within a cross-functional or matrix organisation is important, as teamwork and shared ownership are central to how we work.
