What You'll Do:
As our Temporary Receptionist, you will be the heartbeat of our office, responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your key responsibilities will include:


Welcoming Guests: Greet and assist visitors with a warm smile, creating a positive first impression.
Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the right departments.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling appointments.
Maintaining a Tidy Reception Area: Keep the front desk organised and presentable, ensuring a professional environment.

What We're Looking For:


Excellent Communication Skills: A friendly demeanour and the ability to engage with clients and staff alike.
Strong organisational Abilities: You should be able to multitask efficiently and prioritise workloads effectively.
Previous Reception Experience: While not mandatory, experience in a similar role is a plus!
Tech Savviness: Comfort with office software and phone systems is essential.
