Creative Assistant
We are now recruiting for a Creative Assistant to play a hands-on role in bringing creative concepts to life by supporting the delivery of high-quality visual content, with a strong focus on lifestyle content and opportunities to support fashion and beauty. About the Role
As a Creative Assistant, you will support the Art & Photography team within the Creative Studio, working closely with the Art Director and wider creative team to deliver engaging content across shoots, campaigns and special projects. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will be involved in every stage of content creation, from concept development to shoot delivery and post-shoot administration, with a strong focus on lifestyle content and opportunities to support fashion and beauty.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Art Director, Creative Lead and stylists on shoots, including styling shoots independently when required
Source, organise and return products and props, managing logistics to and from set Coordinate shoot assets, including product credits, asset delivery and amends Contribute to creative ideation through image research, concept development and shoot planning Manage shoot administration, including budgets, cost logging and studio inventory systemsDepending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with a genuine passion for photography, styling and set design, and a strong interest in the creative process behind luxury content. You will be highly organised, confident juggling multiple projects at once, and comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving creative environment. You will enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented studio. Most importantly, you will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a creative role.
You will also need:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A good understanding of luxury brands across lifestyle, fashion and beauty Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creative and production teamsAbout Us
