The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to take a leading role in shaping how our clients think about talent, transformation, and growth.

This is a strategic and commercially focused position at the heart of La Fosse Academy’s expansion. You will take ownership of key client relationships, define account strategies, and identify opportunities to deliver greater value across our network. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will help shape workforce strategy in some of the UK’s most innovative and ambitious organisations.

You will also play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the Academy by influencing go-to-market strategy, leading complex partnerships, and collaborating closely with senior leaders across La Fosse to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client partnerships, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technology, transformation, and talent functions.
  • Own and expand key accounts, developing long-term growth plans and identifying new opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver go-to-market strategies that align with the Academy’s growth ambitions.
  • Influence talent strategy within client organisations, advising on capability building, workforce planning, and future skills development.
  • Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction, ensuring the Academy’s services consistently meet strategic objectives.
  • Represent La Fosse Academy externally, positioning the business as a thought leader in digital transformation and emerging talent.
  • Mentor and support internal teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and commercial excellence across all client activity.
  • A proven track record in client relationship management, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the challenges faced by businesses in talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
  • High level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.

Why this Role

  • Join a high-growth business on track to scale from £4m to £6m next year, supported by a strong pipeline and strategic client demand.
  • Operate with real autonomy and influence, shaping how the Academy partners with leading organisations across sectors including financial services, FMCG, and life sciences.
  • Access the breadth of La Fosse’s ecosystem, with 450 active clients, a respected senior leadership practice, and a growing data and AI consultancy.
  • Be part of a business that is redefining how talent solutions are built and delivered, with huge scope to grow as the Academy expands into 2026 and beyond.
