- Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction, ensuring the Academy’s services consistently meet strategic objectives.
- Represent La Fosse Academy externally, positioning the business as a thought leader in digital transformation and emerging talent.
- Mentor and support internal teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and commercial excellence across all client activity.
- A proven track record in client relationship management, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the challenges faced by businesses in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- High level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- A team player who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
Why this Role
- Join a high-growth business on track to scale from £4m to £6m next year, supported by a strong pipeline and strategic client demand.
- Operate with real autonomy and influence, shaping how the Academy partners with leading organisations across sectors including financial services, FMCG, and life sciences.
- Access the breadth of La Fosse’s ecosystem, with 450 active clients, a respected senior leadership practice, and a growing data and AI consultancy.
