Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Organizer: Responsible for general opening and closing procedures, site security, and energy management (heating/lighting).
- General Upkeep: Executing minor repairs, basic painting, and essential routine maintenance across the allocated zone.
- Presentation Partner: Coordinating with cleaning staff and ensuring external play areas and pedestrian routes are kept clear and safe.

- Salary: Competitive salary paid on the local government scale (ranging from £27,000 - £32,000 Annually), reflecting Outer London weighting.
