The Opportunity & Contract Profile
This Outstanding academy requires a highly reliable and practical individual to maintain the daily security, cleanliness, and functionality of the school premises. This is a vital, hands-on role supporting the daily operations of the academy.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Site Security: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises.
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics), and assisting the Site Manager with maintenance logs.
- Presentation: Ensuring internal areas and external grounds are kept clean, tidy, and fit for use.

- Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a maintenance or site support role and strong H&S awareness.
