Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London that is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable graduates seeking 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant work to join their team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities of a 1-2-1 Teaching A ssistant:

• Work 1-2-1 with a special needs child

• Provide targeted support for child with autism

• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support the school's values around equal rights, anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this 1-2-1 teaching assistant vacancy:

• A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children

• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive

• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience)

• A commitment to personal and professional growth
