Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £75,000 + Travel Expenses

Type: Permanent, Full-Time We’re currently representing a well-established and highly regarded MEP contractor with a secured £50 million+ turnover for this year and a strong, ongoing pipeline of residential projects across London and the South East. With continued success and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of major residential schemes. About the Company: This contractor is recognised for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical packages across multi-unit residential developments. They partner with some of the most respected developers in the industry, including Berkeley Group, Higgins, and Hill Group, and maintain a strong presence in the London market with projects ranging in value from £5m to £20m+. The Role: As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of the electrical installation package on residential schemes – from pre-construction coordination through to handover. This role offers autonomy and progression within a forward-thinking business. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the electrical element of residential MEP projects from inception to completion * Oversee commercial, technical, and delivery aspects of the project * Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination of labour/subcontractors * Liaise with main contractors, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication * Ensure compliance with current regulations, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks * Review and manage drawings, technical submissions, procurement schedules and progress reporting * Drive progress to meet programme targets and client expectations * Manage and report on project budgets, variations, and financial performance * Support commissioning and successful project handover Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the residential sector * Background in delivering large-scale electrical packages for M&E contractors * Strong commercial and technical knowledge of building services * Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills * SMSTS or similar site management certification * Relevant electrical qualifications and industry accreditations What’s on Offer: * Competitive base salary of £75,000 * Travel expenses fully covered * Opportunity to work on high-profile residential schemes with Tier 1 developers * Long-term pipeline of work with a financially stable contractor * Career progression opportunities within a growing business If you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and well-established contractor, we’d love to hear from you.
