Job type Location SectorsAbout Us:
We're an award-winning data and AI consultancy on a mission to transform organisations and the careers of the people we hire. As experts in both technology and business, we design and deliver solutions that stick; driving value for our clients in the short, mid, and long term.
We work across a broad range of industries including financial services, insurance, asset management, pharmaceuticals, energy and natural resources, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and mobility. We're also partnered with leading technology providers such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, and Co-Pilot, to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Whether it's building robust data infrastructure, scaling AI models, or navigating regulatory complexity, we help our clients turn data into actionable insight and competitive advantage.
We've proudly partnered with Women in Data for over 6 years, providing a community platform for our female and non-binary consultants to upskill, access mentoring opportunities, and build their professional networks. Through this partnership, we've also supported mission-critical pro bono projects to improve lives through data and AI, including research into women's health and safety.
Since launching in 2016, we've trained and deployed more than 3,000 data and AI specialists into the workforce - all of whom joined with no prior experience in tech. Our unique model provides a low-risk, high-impact solution for clients and fast-tracks careers for diverse emerging talent.
Our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and breaking down barriers in tech has earned us a place on the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list for two years running, along with several industry awards and shortlists that reflect our ongoing impact.
Why you should join:
- You'll spend the first 15 weeks learning from industry experts in our salaried training programme, which is designed to introduce you to the technical and business skills needed to stand out in data.
- Train alongside a supportive cohort and gain in-depth knowledge that sets you up for client success.
- Gain access to Hands-On Client Projects: After training, you'll dive straight into impactful projects with leading brands across the UK, applying your new skills in real-world scenarios and having a real impact.
- Ongoing support from a dedicated Consultant Success Manager who will guide your development, help you navigate your consultant experience, and ensure you accelerate at speed.
- Fast-Tracked Career Growth: Our two-year programme opens doors to exciting career pathways. Whether you stay with us, transition to a role with your client, or explore new horizons, we provide the resources, network, and mentorship to accelerate your career.
- A clear progression path to Director-level, for those that choose to stay with us beyond the two years.
Our Benefits:
Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, mental health support, mindfulness classes, a learning platform containing 1000s of courses, free accreditations through our tech partners, free online counselling sessions, access to a range of social clubs and ERGs, discounted access to food, drinks, climbing sessions, free Specsavers vouchers, regular networking events, and a prayer/quiet room, free tea, coffee (and a range of huge selection of dairy alternatives).
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:
We're proud to be recognised for twice the industry standard in female and non-binary representation in tech, and we actively support diversity through initiatives like our women and non-binary network, ELEVATE, and LGBTKubrick+. We're an inclusive team, committed to creating equal opportunities for all backgrounds.
