We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company we’re already one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups🚀So, fancy coming along for the ride?😃
The Role:
As the Retail Brand Manager Lead, you will define and be responsible for how we bring our brand to life in store and online in the Wild’s way possible. Establish brand guidelines globally and locally, striving for an omni-channel approach.
Set strategic priorities for the brand. Implementation of marketing & consumer engagement strategy that supports the achievement of brand objectives including penetration, retail sales, profit, market share, and category objectives.
Cross team collaboration to develop creative assets, product development, launch calendars & toolkits based on insights from different regions & tying into DTC plans..
Ownership of the retail brand P&L, with the team, driving sales and performance through your teams across online, marketing and sales. Tracking ROI of retailer marketing activity, consistently adapting & driving improvement.
Managing the shopper marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations.
Collaborating closely with retail teams to ensure we have bold retailer execution, win key moments & are designed to meet sales targets.
Overseeing the alignment of the marketing calendar and consumer engagement activities across all retail media touchpoints (non-digital and digital), influencer, CRM, NPD launches, promotions, events, and retailer programs.
Keep a finger on the pulse of consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity – surfacing insights to shape long-term brand direction and differentiation.
Effective communication: Lead communication of shopper activation plans to internal teams, ensuring these are aligned to our overall DTC planning.
Ensure excellence in online activation; elevate content (search, digital assets, R&Rs etc) designed to maximise traffic, conversion, and, ultimately, market share.
