We've partnered with a global specialist in high-risk, high-capacity insurance and reinsurance to find a sharp graduate ready to launch their career in the London Market.This is a front-row seat to how major (re)insurance programmes are designed, negotiated and placed - working directly with brokers, reinsurers and internal teams to shape decisions that impact risk, capital and profitability. What you'll do: Support the placement and renewal of ceded reinsurance programmesBuild relationships with brokers and reinsurersAnalyse reinsurance options and their impact on risk and capitalHelp prepare renewal submissions and contract documentationProduce data-driven insights on programme performance What you'll bring: 0-2 years' experience; a background in insurance or the London/Lloyd's market is a strong plusA Maths (or highly numerate) background, with an A/A* at A-Level Maths essentialSharp analytical skills and comfort interrogating dataStrong communication and organisational skillsA genuine appetite to learn fast in a dynamic, analytically driven environmentFor more information please apply.
