The corporate tax team of this heavily tax biased mid tier firm is continuing to build on its impressive track record of growth. It offers exposure to a wide ranging and high quality client list providing interesting work and with plenty of opportunity for career development.
As a Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a client portfolio which can be tailored to suit particular interests or cover a broad range. Industries include hospitality and leisure, real estate, manufacturing, media and entertainments, food and drink etc. Many clients have international aspects and all are busy, expanding and very active.
The role is advisory focussed and you will work on a wide range of transactions including reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, international structuring, tax due diligence etc.
The provision of a proactive and highly responsive service is at the heart of the firm's offering and you will be encouraged to foster great client relationships.
The role would suit an ACA and/or CTA with a strong background in corporate tax whether that be primarily compliance focussed with an interest in transaction work or advisory based and looking for greater responsibility and scope to advance your career.
