The Senior Art Director, Integrated Creative is a pivotal role in our London office, responsible for leading creative outputs for international clients, including oversight of the creative outputs of our Hong Kong office. This role operates at the intersection of experiential, digital, content, creative strategy, and consulting, blending hands-on creative execution with creative oversight.
Working in close partnership with the London team, Head of Studio, Head of Creative Strategy, and Hong Kong teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of ideas, execution, and results across all projects. This includes overseeing a network of freelancers and collaborating across departments to deliver cohesive, world-class creative solutions.

What you will do…
Creative Management
- Develop and oversee integrated creative concepts across experiential, digital, content, and strategy.
- Partner with the Head of Studio to align creative vision with executional processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with international teams to adapt global ideas to regional markets and ensure cultural relevance.
- Act as the primary creative link between Experiential, Studio, Digital, and International teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Oversee the development of 2D, 3D, and multimedia solutions with the Studio team, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.
Client Engagement
- Represent the London office as a creative lead in international client meetings, offering strategic counsel and creative solutions.
- Guide clients through the integrated creative process, addressing challenges proactively and collaboratively.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, reinforcing the agency’s reputation for innovation and excellence.
Project Ownership
- Manage a diverse portfolio of international work, balancing creative ambition with logistical feasibility.
- Provide hands-on support where necessary, from refining design elements to overseeing live executions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee and manage freelancers, ensuring resources align with project needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Studio and Production Teams to optimize workflows and meet deadlines.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering an environment of creativity, learning, and collaboration.

You must have…
- Exceptional skill in integrating experiential, digital, content, and strategy, ensuring alignment between concept and execution. Must be able to manage design process across multiple outputs and channels.
- A proven ability to lead and inspire cross-disciplinary teams across regions and time zones.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, especially with leadership figures such as the Head of Studio, Head of Creative Strategy, and International office leads.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful, client-centric work.
- An unwavering commitment to excellence, with an eye for detail and a global perspective.
