About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Learning and Development Co-ordinator to help us deliver top-quality training across the organisation. This is a busy and varied role where you'll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly—from supporting important projects and updating our training webpages to handling course bookings, answering L&D queries, and making sure communication flows effectively between our team and wider stakeholders.

About you

We're looking for a Lead Developer with a proven track record of success in developing high-quality software solutions. You should have extensive experience in leading development teams, a deep understanding of modern technologies, including NETcall, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
