Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Phase V of the Leap Transformation Project, a complex, multi-disciplinary initiative. This maternity cover role involves working with senior stakeholders across geographies to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes. You'll manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and communications across global teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client onboarding, systems integration, and merger & acquisition project delivery-these experiences are essential to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Leap Project, ensuring key business outcomes are achieved.
- Drive effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage delivery roadmaps, schedules, and issue resolution.
- Align project deliverables with strategic goals and business vision.
- Track and report on program activities including budgets, risks, benefits, and dependencies.
- Provide governance and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
- Identify and manage internal and external dependencies to ensure successful sequencing of deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and practices.
- Manage multiple workstreams and teams to achieve project goals.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects in global matrix organizations.
- Mandatory experience in client onboarding, systems integration, and merger & acquisition projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess change impact on critical paths.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and/or Scaled Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities including planning, time management, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to present technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasts in technical environments.
