Are you an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Handler looking for a new opportunity in the insurance industry? Look no further! Coversure London East, part of the Jensten Group, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at their Stratford office.

About the Role: As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing our General Commercial Insurance book, focusing on renewals, retention, and new business.

Working closely with a team of 14, you'll report to the Team manager and collaborate with your peers. Key responsibilities include presenting insurance solutions, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Offer and present insurance solutions for renewals and new business.
• Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.
• Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income from various marketing sources.
• Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management.
• Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations.

About You: As a valuable member of our team, you'll possess:

• Essential insurance background, particularly in Commercial.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) or working towards them.
• Strong customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
• Drive and passion to learn and develop within the insurance industry.
• Previous experience working with insurers and clients.
• Ability to use initiative, multitask, and manage administrative tasks.
• Acturis systems knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
