As we continue our international expansion , we’re looking for passionate, fashion-loving individuals to join our London team as Sales Assistants (Zero Hour Contract) to support us during our busiest retail periods — such as Black Friday, Christmas, sales seasons, and other key moments throughout the year .

Your mission 👇

As a Sales Assistant at HOFF, you’ll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store’s success.

• Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.
• Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
• Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

• Previous retail experience (ideally in fashion, sneakers, or lifestyle brands)..
• Passionate about fashion, design, and delivering exceptional service.
• Fluent in English (other languages will be highly valued).
• Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
• Available to work flexible hours , especially during peak retail periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and sales .
• Valid work permit for UK is required.
