Overview of the job

We're seeking an exceptional Account Director for a 3-month fixed-term contract with a focus on our platform partnerships and some of our most high-profile clients. This is a high-impact, operations-focused role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, operationally complex environments and can seamlessly manage a large team, while juggling multiple high-profile campaigns simultaneously. You will work collaboratively with the London team and report into the Senior Account Director, while being responsible for successfully nurturing and growing our partnerships across Europe.

  • Established yourself as the operational backbone of the partnerships team and a trusted point of contact with our platform partners and clients.
  • Successfully managed your team of through multiple concurrent campaigns with minimal delays.
  • Built trust with platform partners and clients as a reliable, expert point of contact.
  • Implemented processes that improve efficiency and campaign delivery standards across the partnerships team.
  • Contributed to client retention and partnership growth through exceptional operational delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence & Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team across multiple concurrent partnership campaigns. Master juggler – oversee numerous campaigns simultaneously, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Build and implement operational processes and systems to drive efficiency at scale.
  • Line Manager - Ability to hold direct reports accountable and provide insightful and strategic solutions and recommendations to support the growth, retention and organisation of partnership accounts. Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight and accountability across all projects.
  • Team Mentor - Working with your direct reports to nurture growth and development through Influencer's personal development plan structure. Lead by example, setting the standard for operational excellence and client service
  • Partnership Management - Serve as primary point of contact for key platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta). Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and high-profile clients, positioning us as a trusted, reliable partner.
  • Champion partnership opportunities - Drive revenue growth within the partnerships division, identifying new opportunities across Branded Content, Performance, UGC and Production.
  • Strategic Campaign Delivery - Expert knowledge of branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations. Deep understanding of platform features, formats, and cross-funnel marketing solutions.
  • Project Management of multiple projects simultaneously - Delegating projects and tasks to your team, being the senior point of contact for all partnership clients and ensuring the highest level of client service is delivered.
  • Highly-organised - Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Finance and Production. Can source and sign-off on effective solutions for complex campaign related issues.
  • Acute attention to detail - Tracking and reporting internally on campaign delivery, performance and ensuring all projects are invoiced in a timely manner across multiple concurrent campaigns

What you will need:

  • Proven experience working as an Account Director with demonstrable success in business growth and client retention.
  • Proven track record managing teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Extensive campaign delivery experience with deep operational knowledge of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Existing experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, media or advertising.
  • Experience in and knowledge of branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations.
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday.com.
  • Operations obsessed – You live and breathe processes, systems, and organisation.
  • Master multitasker – Comfortable managing numerous campaigns and priorities simultaneously without dropping balls.
  • You are passionate about and have an understanding of influencer marketing, social media, platform partnerships and digital marketing and how it's evolving.
  • You are commercially aware, organised, confident and communicate exceptionally well.
  • You are meticulous with your planning and can think of creative ways to get ahead of the game and exceed your targets.
  • You are a self starter and happy to work autonomously as well as leading a large team.
  • Preferably direct experience working with platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc)
