A dynamic and growing Top 200 law firm in Central London is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its well-regarded team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead on a broad range of complex employment matters , including:
  • Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • TUPE, redundancy and restructuring
  • Executive exits, contracts and settlement agreements
  • Grievances, disciplinaries and subject access requests
• Draft and negotiate high-stakes employment documentation
• Advise on employment issues in corporate transactions
• Play a visible role in client relationship management and team mentoring

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 years’ PQE in employment law (UK qualified)
• Strong track record in both contentious and advisory work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
• Confident communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
• Strong academic background and collaborative mindset
