Senior Backend Engineer
An opportunity has arisen with a fast-growing health technology company with a focus on improving the communication between healthcare professionals and their patients. They have secured a large portion of the UK market and are now looking to expand globally. They are passionate about making a difference by working closely with the NHS to make talking between teams, departments and patients quicker, easier and better.
The role itself focuses on the backend, with work to shape out the future of the product. You would scale, innovate and improve the product whilst also designing and implementing new features. The current technology stack is focused on C# (.net core), SQL, Kubernetes in an Azure environment, this stack is constantly evolving with new technologies integrated to enhance overall performance. You would work with a “product mindset” by being close to users and their needs, collaborating with the team, CTO and VP of engineering to drive continuous improvement. Ideally you will stem from a strong software engineering background with experience in C#, Java or C++. You are passionate about making a difference and improving healthcare to better the lives of patients.
