Job Title: Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Emergency Barnes
Location: Emergency Barnes
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
A well established primary care practice in Emergency Barnes is seeking a Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner . You will assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions as part of the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- See patients with acute and undifferentiated presentations in face to face and telephone clinics.
- Assess, diagnose, treat and refer within your scope of practice.
- Prescribe independently as a registered non-medical prescriber.
- Support the management of long term conditions.
- Record consultations accurately on the practice clinical system.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Non-medical prescriber
- Confident working autonomously with GP support
