Painter & Decorator - Property Maintenance

A rapidly growing Facilities Management company – working on multiple residential refurbishment projects for Housing Associations across London – are looking for a Multi trades Painter & Decorator / Plasterer to deliver a clean place to live for residents in local communities and make a real difference every day!

LOCATION: TW postcodes. You could be searching for Multi Skilled Trades jobs in Twickenham, Hounslow, Richmond, Staines, London.

SALARY: up to £40K basic plus benefits, overtime opportunities, pension, van, fuel card, uniform, PPE, employee assistance scheme.

HOURS: Full Time, Monday- Friday.

As a Plasterer / Multi Skilled Decorator, you will be working as part of a busy team of property maintenance engineers, liaising with tenants in the local community, delivering excellent customer service, and skills in Painting & Decorating, Plastering or Tiling.

As a Multi Trader / Tradesperson, one of the first major projects you will be given, will be working on social housing flats, and plastering, painting & decorating, meeting Health and Safety standards and providing a neat finish.

You will be an Multi Trades Person, with proven Plastering skills, a Multi Trades background within the Facilities Management/ Social Housing Maintenance Sector, good customer facing communication skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Your current or previous jobs may be a Plasterer, Plastering Technician, Thermal board Fitter, Insulation Technician, Multi Skilled Technician, Plasterboard Fitter, Tiler, Internal Wall Fitter, Insulation Fitter, Maintenance Technician, Multi Skilled Plasterer, Property Services Technician, Residential Trades person, Handyman, Handywoman, Handyperson, Multi Skilled Tiler, Multi-skilled Plasterer or similar.
