Automation Specialist
We're a fast-moving digital agency looking for a Make.com automation expert to help us build smart, scalable workflows that connect the dots across our tech stack.
The Role
- Work with our team to scope, design and build multi-step automation scenarios using Make.com
- Create clean, scalable automations
- Sync, enrich and update data across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, and Microsoft365
- Solve real business problems with practical, well-structured automation logic
- Help evolve our internal operations by building workflows we can rely on long term
Requirements
- Proven experience using Make.com (formerly Integromat)
- Strong understanding of data flow, filtering, iterators, routers, error handling, and dependencies
- Familiarity with business systems like HubSpot, Microsoft365, or Xero (bonus, not essential)
- Clear, independent working style – explain your logic without overcomplicating
- Ability to design with the end user and business impact in mind – not just what’s possible technically
- Bonus if you've worked with creative or marketing agencies before
