Senior Associate / Legal Director - Real Estate Investment - Kent or London with hybrid working
Client
An expanding team that acts for some of the most prestigious and sophisticated real estate investors globally, within a full service, UK top 50, forward-thinking law firm
Role
- Provide accurate and commercially practical advice to clients
- Assist in management of junior team members and support leadership team across all offices
- Being an integral part of the business development initiatives and growth strategy of the team
You
- An ambitious 6+ years PQE solicitor with strong knowledge of real estate investment transactions
- Experience in conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, asset management, portfolio financings
- Have acted for landlords and tenants across sectors re: leases, surrenders. conditional and unconditional lease agreements
- Aptitude for business development
