We are partnering with the UK’s leading independent commercial property management specialist, a firm known for its exclusive focus on property management and exceptional client service.
They are now seeking an Associate to join their high-performing Retail Property Management team in London . This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high end Retail Estate in the heart of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of a diverse retail portfolio
- Deliver value-add and commercialisation initiatives
- Manage rent reviews, lease events, and service charge budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and occupiers
- Support business development and contribute to team success
About You:
- 2–3 years post-qualified experience (MRICS)
- Strong background in retail property management & mixed use
- Commercially astute and confident in managing client expectations
- Skilled in lease analysis, service charge management, and reporting
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
