A highly respected independent school in Bexley seeks an experienced School Business Manager to join their senior leadership team from January 2026. The SBM will oversee the smooth operation of the school’s finances, administration, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditure, and prepare financial reports
- Lead on HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and staff development
- Ensure operational compliance with all statutory requirements
- Advise the Headteacher and Governors on financial strategy and resource allocation
- Manage administrative systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
